■Prepared Speeches
prepared speech is made based on the speech manual written by toast masters international. Speakers have to make a speech in line with purposes in the manual such as “logical speech” and “effective way of speech”. The manual gives us specific advices. Achieving the purposes step by step allows you to improve your speaking skill.
(TM M-san) Title: Why l joined
She told us what motivates her to continue being a club member. She has experienced a lot of challenges including child birth, job hunting. Activities in the club always have been supporting her physically and mentally. We felt her club love through her speech.
(TM N-san) Title: My family’s cats
She spoke about cats living with her family. She told us her days with her lovely cats vividly. A cat run away from her house and another cat slept with her on the bed.
I really felt she loves cats a lot, they give her priceless benefits in return.
■Table Topics Session
Today’sTable topics master :TM-M A facilitator called Table Topics master for Table Topics give a title of speeches and assigns a speaker. The speakers have to organize his/her idea and make a two- minute-speech on the spot. Quick response ability can be improved through the Table Topics speech. Today’s Table Topics master was M-san who provided us familiar but thrilling topics.

In the evaluation session, evaluators previously assigned describe good points and area for an improvement and encourage speakers to make more effective speeches. Evaluators have to listen to the speech carefully and are qualified the ability to analyze good points and area for an improvement quickly. Even if you are not evaluator, evaluator-like- listening is a good training to be a good speaker.

for Mega solar power generation plant as a staff for its maintenance. Thunder hit the power plant and asked the plant manufacture to recover it. I wonder if climate zone in Japan has changes from temperate region to subtropical one
